Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30. No codes. No catches. Just great equipment, delivered.

For orders under £30, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery options and live pricing are available at checkout. Below is a guide to what you can expect:

Standard Delivery — 2–5 working days — Royal Mail / DPD — Free on orders over £30
Express Delivery — 1–2 working days — FedEx / DPD — Cost calculated at checkout
Heavy / Oversized Items — 3–5 working days — DPD — Cost calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email from your assigned carrier — FedEx, Royal Mail, or DPD. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

International shipping is not currently available. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified when we expand.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
