- Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM local time will be processed on the same day.
- Orders received after the cut-off time or on non-working days (weekends and public holidays) will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:
- We offer 1 or 2 working days shipping services for all orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days.
- The estimated delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances that may impact the delivery process.

Refund Policy:
- We understand the importance of timely delivery and customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of purchase, you may apply for a refund.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate the refund process after verifying the delay in shipping.
- Please note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
